Dr. Zafer Yılmaz from Business Administration Department at TEDU participated in 16th International Logistics and Supply Chain Congress (LM-SCM2018) which is held at Pamukkale University, Denizli with the collaboration of Logistics Association (LODER) and NC State University on October 18-20, 2018.

About LM-SCM2018:

LM-SCM is a multidisciplinary platform for academics and professionals to identify the problems and discuss solutions for logistics and supply chain management.

Current policies addressing the carbon externality from energy consumption in the building stock often hinge on the assumption that markets efficiently capitalize the energy performance of assets, assuming perfect information. This paper uses different identification strategies to examine the capitalization of energy efficiency in the housing market, addressing methodological shortcomings in the existing literature that may lead to inaccurate estimates.
