Spring Semester Course Registrations

COURSE REGISTRATION FOR 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR
February 6-8, 2019
(INFORMATION and CONTACT WITH THE DEPARTMENTS)

1. FACE-TO-FACE COMMUNICATION

Students on the campus may apply to the Registration Center in the Foyer Area of Block-D for their questions on course registration. The center will be operative through 09:00 to 12:00 in the morning and through 13:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon during the registration period (February 6-7-8, 2019).

Representatives from the Registrar’s Office, Faculty Secretariats, Financial Affairs, Course Scheduling Commission and English Language School will be available at the Registration Center. Therefore, you have to apply to the Registration Center instead of department offices during the registration period.

2. CONTACT VIA E-MAIL

Students outside the campus may write their questions to the following e-mail addresses:

  • For advisor assignment questions: To the secretariat of the faculty where the student is registered at
  • For questions on quota increase: To the secretariat of the faculty offering the course
  • If courses are partly or completely missing on the registered courses screen: To the secretariat of the faculty offering the course
  • If courses cannot be viewed on the desired module: To the secretariat of the faculty offering the course

2.a FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

You can write to muhasebe@tedu.edu.tr in case of “Financial blockage error” message.

The amount of the tuition fee that the student is liable to pay can be viewed on the Student Portal.

2.b REGISTRAR'S OFFICE 

You can write to oim@tedu.edu.tr if you encounter one of the following problems:

  • Out of registration period error message.
  • Program/Semester information is missing.
  • Changes in the class information.

2.c INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

  • In case of password blockage due to multiple attempts, you can write to help@tedu.edu.tr 

Students who have forgotten their passwords or cannot access otherwise to their MyTEDU Portal or TEDUPass accounts may reset their passwords through the following link: http://reset.tedu.edu.tr/
